Belturbet – Drumlane Match Prediction | 21-09-2019 14:00

Apart from the lack of creativity up front, Aue have had huge problems at the back on their most re... Given that Aue have been struggling with the efficiency in the final third in their friendlies, we can say that this clash will be a nice opportunity for the hosts to keep the fine defensive form going and hold things tight at the back once again. Bundesliga travels. Viola conceded as many as seven goals without scoring a single in back-to-back away losses to MSV Duisburg and Dynamo Dresden.

Mountnugent by 4.Knockbride V Drumalee - Probably one of the more interesting games as a draw would suit both teams to go through where as a defeat for either could see them go out. Big weekend coming up in the Cully's Craft Bakery Junior Football Championship. Denn by 6.Drung v Shannon Gaels - Again another nice draw for each side as they are more or less both through. Shannon Gaels by 2.Kill Shamrocks v Mountnugent - Kill would need a miracle to make a Quarter-Final spot along with a big win. Here are my predictions before the Quarter-Final line up is complete.Round 4Maghera V Kildallan - Nothing to play for here for either side. Word has it they could actually be joining up with Templeport from next year. Templeport by 15. Knockbride by 2.Templeport V Corlough - Have heard this will be Corlough's final game as a club as they are disbanding. A win would definitely be enough for either side. Killdallan by 7.Killinkere v Munterconnaught - Munterconnaught with a small outside chance if they produced a shock win but going for Killinkere by 8.Redhills v Denn - Nice draw for both teams as they are both through already. Close game I reckon with lots at stake.

I think we even saw a short eared owl!!! Life is about making memories to cherish and this is one I shall hold close... Hot chocolate and coffee in insulated cups and up Sl...ieve Rushen Mountain where one really can see and feel the true beauty of West Cavan. What a spectacular full moon it was last night... there really is little to beat it! and this morning the sunrise didn't let us down either. It really was quite incredible and so very beautiful. To howl at the moon and dance with the sunrise in the beauty of West Cavan... There was magic in the air and an abundance of wildlife awakening, keeping us company.

Sunday 18th August was another very special day in Drumlane Parish, the culmination of a lot of thought, planning, organising and hard work. On that day the community gathered in St. Eamonn and Fr. Eamonn OReilly and the Golden Jubilee of Canon Michael Fitzpatrick. The Church was spectacularly decorated with beautiful flowers, and rays of sunshine lit up the Sanctuary adding to the air of joy and celebration. The families and friends of Fr. Michael planted a maple tree, which hopefully will grow and flourish for many years to come, reminding us of the missionary men from Milltown. More photographs were taken in the sunshine and then all proceeded to the community centre where there was time to meet and chat with friends, neighbours and relatives, while enjoying ice-cream and a feast of other delicious treats prepared by members of the community. Irish music, played by the talented young people of Milltown, added to the lively and homely atmosphere. The special Jubilee cake was on display. The cake decoration was a replica of the bread and wine mosaic on the Altar of the Church, which was specially commissioned from Rome for the 150th Anniversary in 2018. The reproduction of the mosaic on the cake was really quite remarkable. Congratulations to the artist Katrina Murphy. After cutting the cake and more photographs the celebration drew to a close. We parted, energised by the momentous experience of this great occasion, carrying in our hearts deep gratitude and a sense of joy and pride in belonging to this special place which continues to embody the long and rich tradition of the Faith of our Fathers. Eamonn joined the vibrant local community for the special Mass and afterwards for the Parish Social in the Community Centre. The two jubilarians were joined by Bishop Leo OReilly, also marking his Golden Jubilee of Ordination this year his own celebration was held in Cavan a few weeks earlier. The chief celebrant at Mass was Fr. Michael, in the Diocese of Clifton in England. The two priests were presented with beautiful symbolic gifts an exquisite carving out of black polished oak and a piece of wood from St. Mogues Island was prepared by Tommy Dolan. A tree planting in the Church grounds concluded the celebrations. As the sun beamed down, Fr. Michael and Fr. Eamonn who spent 47 years in South Africa and Fr. Corrigan concelebrated the Mass with the three jubilarians. Fr. Mogues Island in which two little bottles were inserted, one holding holy water, the other holding clay from the island, (believed to bring special protection to those who carry them). The carving from bog oak was expertly done, showing, in one piece, a chalice and a book (representing the Bible) with the letters Alpha and Omega inscribe on it in gold. It was carved by Michael Collum. The pieces from St. Gerry Comiskey, P.P., and Canon P. J. Michael, who has worked all during his priestly ministry in England in the Diocese of Clifton. He now lives in Bristol. Fr. Patricks Church, Milltown, to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Fr. Gerry gave a very inspiring homily, during which he mentioned the names of men from the parish, born from 1900 onwards, who joined the priesthood the list is impressive! The opening remarks in his homily were memorable: Referring to the resplendent beauty of the Church that morning, he said Beauty draws us in, but noted that it points not just to itself but to the presence of the Divine, so close and yet ever greater and beyond what we can imagine. The theme Pilgrims together on the Journey was like a thread running through the whole liturgy from opening song Enter the Journey to the final blessing. In the beautiful words of the Psalm (sung by members of the choir), we were reminded that we are here to help each other walk the mile and bear the load. The prayers of the faithful, while praying specially for the jubilarians and that all of us might recognise and have the courage to follow our vocation, also recalled with gratitude and love those from our community and families who have come to the end of their pilgrimage here on earth. The choir, who added greatly to the solemnity and joy of the day with their well-chosen prayerful music, brought the liturgy to a close with an energetic rendition of Faith of our Fathers, to the delight of the congregation. At the end of Mass, the planning committee, led by Mary Lawlor, moved to the front of the Church for the presentation of the gifts. Mary in her eloquent address to the congregation referred to the life and work of Fr.

Also at drumlane Cornafean game then, Ryan Connolly kicked 12 out of 13 points, 10 frees both feet of the ground and long distance too was a joy to watch. Seen Ballinagh game too they were very impressive, and likewise drumgoon were shocking , division 3 standards , how did they beat laragh? Butlersbridge looked a class act although killeshandra were shocking poor was very surprised with them, Shane Reilly a big miss. Cornafean didn't look that dangerous up front , threw the game away with frees, a different ref who would have let things go a bit more and Cornafean would have won.
