The Club also boasts excellent facilities in Hartstown Park with a FIFA approved Full size All Weather Pitch & a complex which includes 2 Home & 2 Away Team Changing Rooms Including toilet and shower facilities and a shop serving Tea, Coffee & Snacks on match days. Over 350 young people played that weekend and the atmosphere generated by both parents and young people will never be forgotten. The first project the Clubs embarked on was The 2010 Community Mini-Leagues in the grounds of Hartstown Huntstown Community School and were overwhelmed with the level of interest in participation in this event. We started the 2011/2012 Season with approx 200 registered Club Players & 45 Voluntary Managers, Coaches and Committee Members. The story starts in 2010 with Hartstown Utd and Huntstown Villa who were running from 1980 & 1991 respectively exploring the feasibility of merging both Clubs as the number of teams they both were running had dwindled to an all time low. We presently have over 450 registered Club Players & approx 60 Voluntary Managers, Coaches and Committee Members. We now have a Nursery & Academy, Teams in every age group from U8's to U18's, 2 Senior Teams and an Over 35's Team and we are still growing. The Highlight of the Weekend was a Charity Match against the John Aldridge Legends XI in Dalymount Park followed by a Gala Dinner in the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown. May 2011 saw the Official launch of Hartstown Huntstown Football Club (HHFC). We are proudly the first ever club in Ireland to implement the Ajax Online Academy Learning Tracks System into the clubs coaching structure. Our Teams included U8's, U9's, U10's, U11's, U12's, U13's, U14's, U15's, U18's, an U17's Girls and a Senior Team altogether we had 18 Teams. A whole weekend of Charity events in aid of the Club & Irish Autism Action were organised to mark this momentous occasion.

Well done to our Director of Football John Byrne & all of our coaches & volunteers who helped in organising and running our first soccer camp. We finished off with a BBQ thanks to Paul Mc Quillan who cooked for 100 people on Friday! See you for the next one at Easter! Special mention t...o Lillian Byrne for making and preparing the 300 healthy lunches over the camp.
